Ultimate Fitness in Kings Park now has Boxing & Muy Thai Classes every Monday at 7:30, Wednesday at 6:30 & Friday at 6:30

It's located at 61 East Main Street in Kings Park, across from the KPFD and adjacent to Gaio's Collision. Classes are $15 per person. Unlimited monthly for adults is $120, unlimited monthly for kids is $100. Gloves are required.

There is approximately 15-20 minutes of cardio & conditioning followed by 3, 3-5 minute rounds of hitting per person after which you will hold pads for your partner. Class runs an hour.
