Banquet facility seeks Kitchen Manager (Patchogue)
(ala-carte experience is not the same) scheduling, quality control, employee delegation, inventory, purchasing, checking in and weighing product when it is
delivered. Must be able to accommodate all facets of kitchen capacity with ease.
Position available as of NOW.
Must understand the distinct difference between catering/banquet style and all others types of food service.
Out of culinary school is fine, formal experience is fine too, premadona's, artists, and "God complexes" stay home and don't work here. Genuine interest in the hospitality industry, particularly catering business with a strong ability to "RUN" a kitchen is who we are looking for.
