Monitor international account balance information, credit limits, etc.
Sales Support:
Participate in trade shows
Set Appointments for international customers at trade show
Follow up with sales appointments
Distribute new release samples
Coordinate all marketing and co-op activities, as required.
Communicate Graphic Requests to Marketing Team
Create and maintain yearly Marketing Funds
Coordinate advertising material, product, GWP, etc for international trade shows.
Update international database with all new leads and new accounts.
Perform frame searches, run DRP and customer activity reports
Order Processing:
Review and process all stock and RX orders received.
Prepare commercial invoices, packing slips, custom CVO invoice, Caricom Invoice, and Shipper’s Security Endorsements.
Prepare Proforma invoices
Coordinate shipping arrangements.
Provide follow up documentation to customer on shipment

Responsibilities include:
• Create awareness with the community on the school’s mission and programs offered.
• The ability to network with local organizations and agencies. Educate them and develop strong business relationships.
• Match student’s educational skills with appropriate internship opportunities.
• Monitor student’s progress while on the internship, make sure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner, and visit various sites where it is appropriate to do so.
• Submit a Weekly Activity Report; include all current and scheduled activities.
Skills Required:
• Good time management, can multi-task, great follow-through.
• Strong communication skills, with outgoing personality.
• Works well independently and within a team.
• Excellent presentation and follow-through skills needed.
• Computer literacy required (Microsoft- Outlook/Word/Excel)
• Minimum two years of related experience preferred.
