Reception/Admin Assist Catering/Restaurant (Nassau county)

This is an exciting fast paced position designed for a self starter and quick learner.
Duties to include:
Daily opening and closing of office
Scheduling appointments, sending out contracts, proposals and daily correspondence for high end clientele
Office interaction with sales associates
Must have excellent computer skills
Knowledge of Caterease helpful
Must be outgoing and have exceptional people skills
Meet and greet clients
Previous catering, entertainment, boutique hotel, high end luxury sales and customer service experience a plus.
