• Protect the organization, the members and the guests by adhering to all safety, sanitation, food preparation, food storage and alcohol beverage control policies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years experience as a Maitre D’ in a high volume, luxury hotel, restaurant/catering establishment, resort or other related industry
• Experience with high-volume catering operations. Must have the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced hands-on environment
• Solid time management, organization and prioritization skills
• Proven ability to effectively build and foster a team environment
• Experience in resolving customer issues/complaints as well as overall excellent customer service required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years experience as a Maitre D’ in a high volume, luxury hotel, restaurant/catering establishment, resort or other related industry
• Experience with high-volume catering operations. Must have the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced hands-on environment
• Solid time management, organization and prioritization skills
• Proven ability to effectively build and foster a team environment
• Experience in resolving customer issues/complaints as well as overall excellent customer service required
• Working knowledge of point of sales systems and computerized reservation systems
• Good computer skills to include spreadsheets, word processing and e-mail
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
