I am a young female senior with a young senior kitty. I am losing my apartment due to loss of income for the last 5 months. I am disabled with a spinal disease, but fully ambulatory. I am very quiet, clean, educated, non smoker/drinker/etc..I am a homebody, and don't go out much. I have a lot of skills to trade for a clean, quiet place to live in dignity. I have 23 yrs. computer experience, listing experience, writing/editing/program use....I can clean, animal sit/walk,grocery shop, house sit, yard work, gardening, read to elderly or run errands and some companionship or checking on. I work part time as a Veterinary assistant in Suffolk County, and will return to work, part time, as soon as I have a home to settle in. I have excellent references. I have a full retirement SS, SSI, and have two internet shops, as I have been a professional artist for years, and used to have my own studio in the Smokey Mtns....I just need 1bd.,living area that can accomodate a work space for my computer, kitchen, and bath with tub. If no tub, not a problem, just good for the back. I am very quiet, respectful, ex professional, that has no real family left, has found myself in a situation where I can not afford rent anymore, as I can not work full time anymore. With everything considered, I can contribute utilities, or small rent/barter. I just need someone to open their heart and give a good clean person, in a bad situation, a decent space to call home.....I am in an emergency situation, and need to move really soon...Please contact me.
