I'm looking for a 2/3 BR apartment/house for long term rent, preferrably on the main floor in Hicksville, NY area on long island. Rent of 1650.00 is slightly negotiable depending upon the house conditon and facilities provided. This is for my family. (myself+wife+2 small kids). No pets, No Smoking. Need dishwasher, washer/dryer facility in the house. I will pay one month security deposit. But won't pay any brokerage. if you are interersted pls email me.
