I am a hardworking female looking to be your tenant. I work about 50 hours a week and I am clean and responsible. I would like to find something around $850 a month with all utilites included. I am a non smoker and I am not looking to parrty in your apartment. I have one well behaved indoor cat. A one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and a very fair amount of natural lighting would be prefered as well. I have been with my employer for over three years and I can provide proof of income as well as references from previous landlords if necessary. I can also pay rent in cash, if that will help negotiate the monthly cost.
