I am a mature female professional working two jobs who is looking for small place for myself and two indoor cats. I have excellent references from my supervisors and co-workers at both of my jobs. I have been at one job for over 20 years and the other for 5 years. I can get an excellent reference from my current landlord regarding my rent payment history. My credit is fair. I would like to have all utilities included within the rent. I work very hard and am rarely home except for weekends. I am interested in finding a location in eastern nassau county or around the Huntington area. I would like to move in around February 2010.
