Looking for a place by Dec 1. I can afford a maximum of 700/m with gas,electricity, heat, water, included. I also need a place that would accept 2 people. I dont have pets. I would like an easy going landlord who doesn't demand too much and isn't nosy and doesn't invade privacy. Or if landlord doesnt reside there that would be great. Looking for peace of mind. I need a private entrance as well.
I'm just hoping there's someone realistic out there who can understand. Afterall this is a recession. Many landlords have too many expectations such as single person only, as if people dont have kids or family members to care for. as if a 1 br apt is not big enough for 2 people, like people cant share a bed...
