Hours of Work

• Part-time is up to 24 hours per week and may possibly leadto full time which is 25-40 hours per week. Working weekends is a mandatory expectation and part of this job (that’s when the shoppers come out after all!).

Job Description:

- Promote our products in a kiosk environment

- Maintain professional interaction with customers

- Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance

- Provide customers with information on our products and services

- Ensuring work station/kiosk is clean, well organized, functional, and presentable at all times.

- Responsible for tracking and communicating all activity to corporate office.

You must be 18 years of age or older, some experience in a customer service position, ability to work

flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be computer proficient.

Compensation: $8 - $10 per hour with sales commissions and bonuses.

• Have good computer skills. Floral orders must be entered into a Point-Of-Sales System; some orders go through national floral wire-service networks.


• Be a "People's person", an outgoing individual who can make a good relationship even with a stranger.


• Be able to work under pressure. Florists are fast-paced work environment and your job will become hectic in busy days.


• Have a reasonable physical stamina. You don't have to be a weight lifter, but you will be standing, walking continually for 5-6 hours a day.


• Be willing to get "dirty." Contrary to popular misconception, florists are not a "pretty" work place; we are very similar to grocery stores in that we deal with raw plant materials using bare hands.
