I'm 41-year old female writer looking for quiet person (YOUR AGE IS NOT IMPORTANT, but would prefer someone over 35) to share large 2 bed/2 bath apt. You'll have own room with own bathroom/shower, and share large gourmet kitchen, large living room and w&d inside apt. Central air. LIRR Ronkonkoma station is 10-min drive. *Cable, electric, water, AC/heat, parking spot included.
Your room is unfurnished, except for blinds. Room fits Queen-sized bed and normal-sized furniture. Closet is large, with large upper shelf. If nec, I can provide a large hall closet. Has view of large field, pretty trail with pretty plants, bushes
Amenities include: Pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis court, own parking spot, large manmade lake with waterfall, internet room, etc.
Your cost would only be $900 rent *plus original setup cost of your own phone line and initial cost of your cable setup in room. Your cost would also include chipping in %50 per month for bi-monthly housecleaner. That would be $950 total with no security nec.
About me: I'm a writer who works from home. I'm extremely quiet. I do go away sometimes weeks at a time.

Also, pls note: about my quiet quirk: Having quiet and occasional get togethers is ok, but no more than 2x month. Your friends or family always welcome anytime (as long as you don't make racket). Also, If you watch your tv loud, you'll have to wear very high-fi excellent headphones with long extension cord that I'll provide. So if you're a quiet person looking for same in beautiful apt, here it is! :) I really am a lot of fun, so don't be scared off! I haven't had a roommate since college, so this is kind of new to me.
