You can choose to chip in money and we all go grocery shopping together or buy your own (with the first option, the girls cook and you can eat). We also have a chore rotation that's working well so the house stays clean. Sleepovers are fine as long as they don't wind up living here.

About the rooms:
Room 1 - $550/all. downstairs, the smaller of the 2. Approximately 11x7. 1 nice sized closet, 1 window, additional closet right outside the bedroom.
Room 2 - $650/all. upstairs, the bigger one. Approximately 12x15. 1 nice sized closet.
