Located on the 2nd floor is the available bedroom, an additional bedroom, and a full bathroom including a walk-in shower and a full jacuzzi bathtub. Outside, there is a very large fenced in back yard. We have a 2 car garage with a loft/bedroom above, a large 50' porch with a built in bar, a new large grill/bbq, and a carport. There is also ample street parking.

Living in the house are 5 college / graduate students. We are looking for a responsible, easy-going young adult. We are looking to fill the room as soon as possible. If you are available to stay through May 15h, 2010 when our lease ends, that would be ideal.
