This is a very charming detached cottage. It is about 600 square feet. A small bedroom with queen bed, and a large living room kitchen, office area combo.. open and spacious. There is a large bathroom with a tub. Big closet as well. Hard wood floors. The kitchen area is "EAT IN" and has a small breakfast counter with two stools as well. There is room for one car, off street. No PETS, we have two large dogs. friendly. Only suitable for one person or couple. The house is fully furnished, with new queen bed and antiques, for short term rental, month to month summer only. NO LEASE. Currently occupied. Available summer rental, May 1st thru Labor Day. I can provide pictures of interior, but not in current state. Moving boxes are in the way. Please email with questions regarding this adorable rental space. Walk to all; located right in the heart of Northport Village. Train is two minutes away! The rent includes all utilities: Electric heat, works great! A.C. window unit for summer heat. Close to beaches and harbor, great restaurants and library. NO SMOKING! Reference requested. This is a summer rental only. Owner occupied for the rest of the year. The rent is 3,000 per month for each month, May, June, July, August, September which includes all utilities and off street parking. Walk to all, stores, restaurants, harbor, dock, shopping, winery, brewery, health food store/grocer, train is five minute drive away and several beaches located on beautiful Long Island Sound are within 5 minutes to ten minute drive. There is outdoor table and BBQ available. This is a great spot for summer fun on Long Island, 45 minutes to NYC and two hours to Montauk. The guest house is clean, warm, quiet and cozy, very comfortable and spacious, lots of privacy, large acre of property.
