Rare opportunity to own this triple axle AVION!!
Pictures are from about 2 years ago and it currently needs some tlc but like main door work or replacing but still there and operational but damaged and ac until went and interior all original but need some cabinet door and countertop attention with a couple holes, front black plastic awning broke off and a bit more including a good cleaning but certainly not too much and we’ll worth it!!
New heating system only a few years old!
Nice condition almost full size bathtub with shower!
Will tow fine but tires are old.
Original owners manual spiral bound book included and Suburban Furnace manual too!!
I also have a fairly new nice tall 2 door refrigerator freezer that (MAY) be included as well a THOMSON refrigerator freezer that (MAY) be included that I custom fit, as well as (POSSIBILITY) including 2 fairly new High Quality COMFORT ZONE 12” bed Mattresses!!
