Small construction office located in Central Islip, NY, looking for Part-time Office Assistant Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Microsoft Outlook and Excel are necessary. Must be articulate in speaking and writing emails/letters. Spanish speaking is a plus, but not necessary. Position entails ordering of office supplies / answering phones / Filing / Invoicing / light cleaning, and other standard office duties. Must be personable and detail-oriented.
