This is an original press kit for Elton John’s 1982 album, Jump Up which was John’s 16th record and featured the hit song, “Empty Garden” for John Lennon.
The kit includes a white Geffen Records folder, measuring approximately 8 1/2” x 11 1/2”, 5 page biography / press release and 2 black and white 8” x 10” photographs.
The printing for this promotional material was limited to very small quantities. It was distributed to select radio stations and music industry professionals only.
For the past 40+ years, I have stored it in a smoke and pet free environment.
Everything is in excellent condition with no issues.
A must for any Elton John / Pop Music collector.
