This is a group of chippy red wood handle kitchen utensils that date from the 1930’s to 1950’s. Includes:
1. Ekco Products tomato, cheese, egg…slicer. Serrated blades. Made in USA. Wood handle with red paint completely present. No issues.
2. Fruit, vegetable peeler. Unbranded. Handle is red plastic. Rust on blade.
3. Vaughan’s Tapboy can opener and cork screw. Made in Chicago. Nice piece of vintage Barware. Very good condition.
4. Geneva Forge stainless paring or peeling knife with wood handle. Serrated. From the 1930’s. Handle has considerable amount of paint loss on both sides.
5. Victor scissors 20-A Hot Drop Forged Steel. Made in Italy. Heavy duty. Red paint loss.
6. Brush with trademark WP. I think this may be a clothing brush but, because of the red wood handle, my family always kept it with the red handle kitchen utensils. Regardless, it is an interesting piece with its red handle in very good condition. Some scratches on the stainless backing.
All pieces are intact and still usable. With their rustic look, these gadgets would be perfect additions to any retro kitchen or farmhouse decor. Nice primitive display pieces from the past.
Sold as a group. Not sold individually. Cash only. Pickup in New Hyde Park, Nassau County, Long Island.
