Help me to hard reset my MacBook Air OSX laptop (Yaphank)

I need a fresh OSX install on my MacBook Air. Awhile back I installed proprietary security software that I don't have the correct passwords for, and it's not allowing me to do a clean OSX install. I can login and use the laptop, I would just prefer a fresh install so I can access all programs.
MacBook Stats:
MacBook Air (M1, 2020)
OSX: MacOS Monterey, 12.6.7
Chip: Apple M1
Screen: 13.3 inch
I'm not concerned with data loss, I just want my MacBook Air laptop rebooted with a fresh OS. This job shouldn't take more than 1 hour for an experienced computer tech.
Please respond with your experience, a website if you have one, and if you are local to Yaphank NY. I would need you to either pick up the laptop, or fix it on site. No remote work, or helping me over the phone.
