AVAILABLE POSITIONS
• CNC LATHE OPERATOR (Garden City Park, NY 11040) Starting Pay: Up to $24.00/hr.
JOB DUTIES:
• Operate CNC milling and/or lathe machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and precision tools
• Verify dimensions and GD&T specifications
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Safely handle materials and maintain a clean workspace
• Document production runs, inspections, and maintenance activities
REQUIREMENTS:
• Up to 6 months of CNC machining experience (education or hands-on)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Basic math skills for machining measurements
• Familiarity with inspection tools (CMM experience is a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a full-time schedule (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR (Garden City Park, NY 11040) Starting Pay: Up to $28.00/hr.
JOB DUTIES:
• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished machined parts and assemblies
• Perform First Article Inspection (FAI), AQL, and PPAP documentation
• Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect parts
• Initiate, document, and track non-conformances in the ERP system
• Maintain calibration and inspection records for measurement tools
• Monitor condition and accuracy of inspection equipment
• Generate quality and inspection reports
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, bore/height gauges, plug gauges, optical comparator)
• Experience operating a CMM
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
• Strong documentation, communication, and reporting skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail and reliability
