2008 Chevy Impala

We bought this vehicle used in 2022 for my son as his 1st vehicle and to use to go to college. We wanted a larger vehicle with airbags so he would be safe, and this fit the bill. We put on two new tires, replaced the front and rear brakes, and had the transmission serviced. Since then, we have maintained the vehicle with oil changes every 3000 to 4000 miles, replaced the tie-rod ends and engine mounts, along with a coolant temperature sensor, and replaced the antifreeze. We also added a steering wheel cover and WeatherTech floor mats. It was just inspected when the recent oil change was performed earlier this month, so the inspection is good till May of next year.

The vehicle got great gas mileage as he drove it to and from college daily, driving over 70 miles a day. Unfortunately, it was hit in the parking lot of the college (as seen in the pics), but this does not affect anything on the vehicle, and we mostly forgot it happened because it is not too noticeable.

Now that he is working and is done with college, he has bought another vehicle and needs to sell this one. It would make a great “station car” or college vehicle for the first-time driver!! In the video, you can see all the lights go out except for the seat-belt light (because I do not have my seat-belt on!!). Unfortunately, the video rate makes it look like there is a problem with the dash and radio, but they work as expected. You just can’t see it in the video.
