We are seeking an experienced and highly organized live-in housekeeper to maintain our residence to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and be comfortable living on the premises during the work week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough daily and weekly cleaning of all areas of the home including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all surfaces and floors
- Clean and organize closets, cabinets, and storage areas
- Change linens and make beds
- Do laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing as needed
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness including appliances, countertops, and cabinets
- Stock and organize cleaning supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed
- Ensure all areas are kept tidy and organized throughout the day
Requirements:
- Must have previous professional housekeeping experience (references required)
- Must be extremely organized with strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning products
- Physical ability to lift, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods
- Trustworthy, reliable, and respectful of privacy
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Comfortable with live-in arrangement Monday through Friday
