Amazon Echo Flex and Smart Plug - $15 (Ridge)

Amazon released the Echo Flex on November 14, 2019 and it has since been discontinued. It is a small device with a speaker that can be plugged directly into a wall outlet. It has a full-sized USB Type-A port on the bottom to charge a phone or other devices or into which additional accessories can be plugged in.
The built-in speaker is not optimized for music listening because of it's size. To compensate, the Echo Flex has a 3.5mm aux output jack on the side which can be plugged into an external speaker or you can use a Bluetooth speaker of the type that does not require a PIN code for pairing.
There were three third party plug-in accesories made for the Echo Flex. One is a night light, one is a clock and the other is a motion sensor. These are still available from the manufacturer (Third Reality) at:
