The Biscotti Company is hiring 3 full-time bakers to join our afternoon production team.
If you like hands-on work, moving fast, and being part of a solid team, this could be a great fit.
What you’ll do:
Weigh and prep ingredients
Weigh dough balls accurately
Shape biscotti and bake
Cut and pack finished product
Prep ingredients (zesting oranges and other inclusions)
Light cleaning duties and keeping your station clean
What we’re looking for
Reliable, on time, and ready to work
Comfortable doing repetitive production work with attention to detail
Bakery/kitchen experience is a plus, but we can train the right person
Must be able to stand for long periods
Must be able to lift up to 30–50 lbs as needed
