Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, high-level bartender with experience in fine dining or upscale, high-volume establishments. This role requires speed, precision, and strong wine knowledge.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years bartending experience in fine dining or upscale venues
Strong wine knowledge is required
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Knowledge of classic cocktails and proper techniques
Must be reliable and a team player
Weekend and evening availability required
