We are seeking an experienced, driven Line Cook to join our high-end, high-volume Italian restaurant. This is a very busy kitchen, and we’re looking for someone who can handle the pace while maintaining top-tier quality and consistency.
Responsibilities:
Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
Work efficiently across multiple stations (sauté, grill, pasta, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and strict food safety standards
Follow established recipes, prep lists, and plating guidelines
Communicate clearly and work cohesively with the kitchen team
Perform well under pressure during high-volume service
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a high-volume and/or upscale dining kitchen
Strong knife skills and solid understanding of cooking techniques
Ability to stay composed and organized in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
