Busy university seeks an experienced Cook who can manage a kitchen.
We’re basically looking for somebody that can help us manage a solid team of prep and line cooks for the university cafeteria. 200+ students for lunch and dinner. The preferred candidate would be skilled and comfortable at cooking everything off the menu as well as managing the team to ensure that the necessary amount of food is cooked in a timely fashion and expedited
