We are a NEW Asian–Latin Fusion full-service restaurant in Hicksville, NY, opening February, and we are seeking experienced Front of House and Back of House team members to join our opening team.

• Server (Waiter / Waitress)
• Bartender (with experience in mocktails and craft beverages)

Back of House Requirements
• 2+ years line cook experience in a full-service restaurant
• Experience working multiple stations (sauté, grill, fryer, prep, salad)
• Asian–Latin fusion experience preferred; Indian and Mediterranean familiarity a strong plus
• Banquet or catering experience a plus
• Strong knife skills and sense of urgency
• Ability to work clean, organized, and under pressure
• Team-player mindset with a professional attitude
• Please be prepared to briefly demonstrate your skills during an interview or stage, if requested
