You should be:
Confident, professional, and personable
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong with upselling (cocktails, specials, desserts)
Reliable and punctual (non-negotiable)
A team player who communicates well with kitchen + staff
Bonus Points If You:
Have fine dining or high-volume experience
Know your way around wine & cocktails
Can handle brunch crowds
