We are looking for an outgoing, reliable, and organized person to help oversee daily store operations, events, customer experience, and social media content.

The business is already well organized, so this role is focused more on leadership, customer interaction, maintaining operations, helping staff, and creating a great atmosphere.
Pay:
• $30/hour(We pay cash)
• 1099 Position
• 2 to 3 days per week
• 11 to 12 hour shifts
• Flexible schedule based on store and event needs
Responsibilities:
• Help oversee daily store operations
• Assist with scheduling and staff coordination
• Help resolve employee issues professionally
• Assist with inventory ordering and organization
• Handle register closing and basic cash management
• Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service
• Create social media content during store hours and events
• Engage with customers and help create a fun atmosphere
• Assist with community outreach and local promotions
• Help supervise private parties and special events
Requirements:
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers and staff
• Organized and able to multitask
• Positive energy and leadership mindset
• Comfortable appearing in social media content
• Weekend availability preferred
• Hospitality or food service experience is a plus
