They are by quality furniture maker Rowe. They are approximately 12 to 15 years old. We are redoing our family room and changing colors. There are no stains, tears or damage. The couch size is 85" long, 40" deep and 32" high. The loveseat size is 62". It comes with 4 throw pillows and 6 arm covers.
These items all come from a clean/smoke free home.
