Open box (re-packaged) but never completely assembled, and therefore never used.
There is a very small scratch on the bottom panel.
There is also a slight indentation mark on the top of one of the side frame pieces (which is not visible once assembled) that must have occurred during fabrication at the factory prior to packaging since the slight indent was already present and immediately observed upon removal of the shrink wrap off of this side frame piece.
On the same side frame piece (which has the slight indentation mark), there is also an issue which slightly affects the alignment of that side frame piece due to the location of the 2 pre-drilled holes in this side frame piece through which 2 hex bolts needs to screw into the holes found along the side edge of the bottom panel.
When trying to tighten the 2 bolts, I had to stop as I did not want to continue further since the bottom edge of the side lucite panel was apparently just a slight bit lower than it should be, which was therefore preventing me from being able to fully tighten the side frame piece to the bottom panel due to the alignment issue of the 2 mounting holes between the side frame piece and the bottom panel, resulting in the bottom edge of the lucite panel to extend a bit too far down.
Either minor sanding the bottom edge of the side lucite panel a bit, and/or using a metal file or metal drill bit to slightly enlarge the 2 mounting holes on the side frame piece would resolve this issue.
Once the alignment issue of the 2 mounting holes between the side frame piece and the edge of the bottom panel is resolved, it would no longer prevent the inside metal edge of the side frame from aligning properly with the bottom panel, thereby allowing the bottom edge of the side lucite panel to mate squarely as needed.
The minor assembly modification described above is why this item is listed for the extremely low price that it is.
