Fabulous, rare, high quality teak wood Plantation Chair / Planter's chair / Easy Chair / recliner.
Colonial British / Colonial Dutch / indian / west indies plantation chairs were widely found in colonial plantation properties - from which they get their name. With extendable swing arms to allow for legs to be raised, whilst saving space when retracted, this is designed to create a comfortable resting position in the heat, to let the legs rest.

31” wide x 42” deep x 37.5” tall
The seat height is approximately 17”.
Upholstered for comfort.
As with all antiques, there are signs of minor wear and tear as seen in the pictures, but it comes with a fantastic patina. This lovely chair would look great in the sunroom, living room, reading room or in a hallway.
