Here's what you get from us
The base is made of 4 4x4 pressure treated posts leveled on the round we use 2x6 pressure treated lumber to frame the floor
The floor is insulated and 3/4" smooth exterior grade plywood is installed over the insulation. The walls are framed in 2x4 doug fir 16" on center and insulated. The sidewalks are 8ft so you have enough room for a loft or open shelving. above There's enough wall space for nice sized windows and a double door in front with a single door on the side. The roof will be made with 2x6" doug fir 16" on center and insulated as well. You'll have your choice of either a gable end roof or barnstyle roof ( gambrel) The roofing will be 30 yr architectural shingles and a ridge vent.
