We are seeking a reliable and experienced Mid-Level DSP Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support Direct Support Professionals in providing quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support DSP staff during assigned shifts
Assist with staff scheduling, coverage, and timekeeping
Support budgeting and cost control efforts
Ensure compliance with agency policies and care standards
Provide leadership, guidance, and problem-solving support
Qualifications:
Previous DSP and supervisory experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage schedules and assist with budgeting
