Serious renters looking to rent from owner. 2 or 3 bedroom. Two adults, two children. One cat. We're quiet people. Our kids and cat are well behaved. We have a 13 year old and a 10 year old that are rapidly out growing our current space. We can provide reference from our current landlord. I work in IT; travel for work from time to time and my wife works full-time from home. We're looking for a long term rental. Our budget is 3200 with Utilities included. We take pride in how we present our home. We're very easy going. Yard access would be a huge plus. I would be more than happy to maintain a lawn/snow removal. We're respectful and have never missed a rent payment. Ideally we would like a place in Nassau but would consider Suffolk. If you're looking for renters that you never have to worry about, that's us.
