2 quiet hardworking adult friends (male) searching for a 2 bedroom apartment or house for immediate occupancy. Willing to look at places that have 3 bedrooms if the rent is decently priced or the only thing available. Both have clean backgrounds, steady employment history, and fair credit. One of us works full time and the other goes to school and works part time due to a work accident.
Places available in the the towns of YAPHANK, RIDGE, MIDDLE ISLAND, CORAM, SHIRLEY, MEDFORD, SELDEN, and ROCKY POINT are greatly preferred but will entertain other towns if not too far out west. Max is $3000/month with utilities included. Thank you.
