Beginning the search for a 1 bedroom apartment or cottage for myself and my soon to be husband. We are interested in Nassau County, no specific town as of yet. We are responsible, quiet people in our 40s, we don’t smoke or have pets, and we have plenty of references to account for our character. Ideally we’d prefer a place with a washer/dryer.
