Hello Potential Landlord
My name is Michael, and I am a 51-year-old, born-and-raised Long Islander.
I am currently looking to rent a 2-3-bedroom, single-family detached home or cottage (furnished or unfinished) on the North Shore of Long Island (Old Westbury, Huntington, Commack, East Northport, Mineola, Syosset, Woodbury, or surrounding areas).
I am NOT interested in living in a home that is attached to another home, someone’s basement, or an apartment.
I am looking to work directly with landlords, NOT real estate agents.
Peace and quiet are my primary goals.
I am self-employed with multiple streams of income.
I am happy to supply references (personal, work, and former landlords) as well as multi-stream income verification.
