Where is all the affordable Senior Housing? (Areas in Suffolk County on Long Island in NYS)

I need areas of Babylon & Islip Townships plus Dix Hills, Commack, Smithtown (some), Hauppauge & Islandia for immediate housing.
I really don't drive too far or alot. I am living way too far out East& need to move-in right away. I am not on any government programs. I am a non-smoking, no drugs, alcohol or criminal records, senior, single, female. I am quiet & looking to live in peace with no stress & anxiety. I have 1
friend who, depending on # of bedrooms, may move with me. We need near local public transportation & possibly the LIRR. We need a full-size refrigerator with freezer compartment & a working stove with oven.
Budget: 1-bedroom up to $1800 including utilities. 2-bedroom up to $2000 including utilities. I can't afford any broker's fees. I also do not pay application or inspection fees. I check out any & all offers, so no scammers, hackers or trolls need bother, as no money is paid out ahead of time.
