This product and its manufacturer are highly rated and in demand. Installed in July 2025, the stair lift was only used once as the owner passed away unexpectedly. The stair lift is in perfect condition with everything in operating order with new battery and all parts available. The lift rail measures 14ft 3in ideal for 13 step risers, however, the rail can be modified for applications with less stairs. The Rave 2 assembly is easy to install and is extremely durable.
