Water, Fire, & Bio Remediation and Reconstruction company in Western Suffolk is looking to hire an experienced Project Manger/Estimator full time. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Measuring Residential and Commercial structures
-Estimating using Xactimate and Simbility
-Sales/Lock in jobs
The right candidate must have the following:
-Experience in mitigation and reconstruction business (sketching scopes)
-Experience dealing with Homeowners Insurance Companies, and establishing relationships with insurance adjusters regarding homeowners claims
-Excellent Customer relations
-Must possess excellent communication skills, initiative, time management, organization.
-Must be good at sales
-Must work well with others.
-Must have valid driver's license.
