About Ciuffo Cabinetry
Ciuffo Cabinetry is a fifth-generation custom woodworking firm specializing in the design, manufacture, and installation of luxury kitchens, architectural millwork, and bespoke residential interiors throughout Long Island, the New York metropolitan area, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Florida.
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Receiving Warehouse Manager to oversee our Receiving Department and support daily warehouse operations. This role works closely with our Purchasing Manager to ensure incoming materials, hardware, and components are accurately received, inspected, organized, and distributed throughout the production process.
The ideal candidate will have prior receiving experience in a manufacturing environment, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse operation.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and materials
* Verify deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips
* Assemble received materials and components as required
* Work directly with the Purchasing Manager to maintain organized inventory of hardware, materials, and cabinet components
* Pull materials and inventory items for daily production and installation needs
* Prepare, wrap, tag, and inspect materials and cabinet components for shipment and delivery
* Load vans and trucks with cabinetry, millwork, and related materials for transport
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving and warehouse environment
* Assist with general warehouse operations and material handling as needed
Qualifications
* Previous receiving experience in a manufacturing environment required
* Ability to work full-time hours with an early morning start time
* Ability to work overtime as needed
* Experience using power tools
* Woodworking or cabinetry experience preferred
* Forklift experience preferred
* Ability to drive a box truck is a plus
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
* Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
* Ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the workday
