What You’ll Do
* Welcome and assist our wonderful pet parents.
* Make boarding and grooming reservations by phone and in person.
* Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service.
* Help manage the daily operations of our pet hotel.
* Ensure every guest receives exceptional care and attention.
* Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
* Use Microsoft Word and Excel for daily office tasks.
* Work hands-on with dogs and cats (we provide training in our personalized care methods).
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
❤️ Has a genuine love for animals.
⭐ Has excellent customer service skills.
💻 Is proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
📝 Has neat, legible handwriting and can accurately complete paperwork by hand.
📂 Is organized, detail-oriented, and methodical.
🤝 Is dependable, professional, and enjoys working with both people and pets.
📚 Is eager to learn and grow with our team.
No Professional Animal Experience?
That’s okay! If you have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine love for pets, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
