Responsibilities:
Perform pool openings and closings
Weekly pool maintenance (cleaning, vacuuming, chemical balancing)
Diagnose and repair pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems)
Troubleshoot water quality issues
Operate independently and manage assigned service route
Run a crew and/or manage a company truck and equipment
Communicate professionally with customers
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
Requirements:
Prior pool service experience required
Strong knowledge of pool systems and water chemistry
Ability to work independently and manage a daily route efficiently
Leadership skills to supervise a helper or crew
Valid driver’s license (clean record preferred)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
