Seeking expert gardener-landscaper with multiple years of experience , skilled and with higher than average productivity, to help bringing back to its excellence a 0.75 acre yard in East Hampton.
Job consists of clean up, aerating the soil, seeding, fertilizing, mulching, light weeding, laying sod, pruning, edging, planting, spread gravel.
An initial full 10 days of straight work is necessary (scope of work will be provided) to reinstate the yard appearance paid at a flat rate of $2,500.00.
After what above described , maintenance will be required twice weekly paid at $30/hour throughout the spring/summer season.
Primarily weeding, mowing, fertilizing, refreshing the mulch, raking the driveway, monitoring the lawn and plants to make sure no diseases are present, etc.
Once fall season approaches a new scope of work will be provided and work will be guaranteed till end of November, mid December.
Candidate must have his own tools, a truck capable to load materials such as mulch and gravel.
We provide landscaping products and mixed gas for weed walker, blower and other tools and regular gas for mower.
