We are seeking an experienced and motivated Crew Lead to oversee daily field operations and lead a team in delivering high-quality lawn maintenance. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on experience, and the ability to maintain productivity, safety, and workmanship standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a crew in all aspects of lawn maintenance.
Coordinate daily tasks and ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule
Operate and oversee the use of equipment, tools, and materials
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company standards and specifications
Maintain a safe and organized job site at all times
Communicate effectively with management, and team members
Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and skill sets
Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscaping.
Proven experience in a leadership or foreman role
Strong knowledge of landscape installation, hardscape, or site work (depending on your services)
Valid driver’s license
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
