Here's my simple model: you buy the paint, I do all the work. That's it.
You pick the color, grab the paint from wherever you like — Home Depot, Lowe's, anywhere — and I handle the rest. Prep, taping, painting, clean up. This keeps you in complete control of your costs and means there are no material markups on your bill.
I charge a flat rate of $150 per room, no matter the size. Big room, small room — same price. You get a quote upfront before I touch anything and that number doesn't change. No hourly billing, no surprise charges, no going over budget.
I work this way because people in this community deserve to get quality work done on their homes without worrying about what the final bill is going to look like. Your budget matters.
