Details and Requirements:

Expected Start: Week of January 27th   
Expected Duration: long term, 1 year, potentially longer
Bar Requirement: Active and in good standing within at least 1 US state
Hour requirement: 40-50 hours a week, depending on work flow
Pay: $75/hr
Location: Anticipated at the clients' location in Stamford, CT
Required Experience: 8-10 years experience in the M&A field, reviewing contracts, assembling documents and preparing disclosures. Must be active and in good standing in 1 US state, active and in good standing.
